PESCADOR Knives is a small operation started by John Lopez. 

John has twenty years of experience working with metal from designing, programming, to machining.

All of John's knives are initially designed using Mastercam.  After the designing process, the knives are partially machined and then hand-finished which includes final grinds, profiling, surface finishing and sharpening.  All materials used to make PESCADOR Knives, including steel, handle, pins and screws are American made.
